Sources and rights.
Reference information
Esprio independently gathers essential facts about cultural venues: name, public address, official resource, format, published dates and attendance conditions. We write our own neutral descriptions. Sources and verification dates are shown on venue and event pages.
An organisation’s name is used to identify it in the directory. A reference listing does not claim partnership, endorsement or authority to act for the organiser. A connected account is marked separately after authority is verified.
What we do not import automatically
Photographs, posters, logos, original texts, videos and reviews cannot be freely copied simply because they are online. We do not treat a source link as a substitute for a licence. Such material needs its own lawful basis for use.
Esprio illustrations are original decorative artwork, including work made with a generative tool. They are not documentary images of a particular salon. Other venues’ photographs are not presented as our own.
Where our information comes from
We prioritise organisers’ official websites, public pages and their own registration pages. Each listing explains exactly which facts a source supports. If a site cannot be viewed directly, this verification limit is stated in the sources.
We do not copy entire third-party directories or bypass access restrictions. Automated updates may use permitted sources after rights checks and editorial review. Public access to a page or permission in robots.txt does not itself grant rights to all content.
Legal basis of our approach
Facts and their creative expression are distinct. Purely informational reports of events and facts are considered with regard to Article 1259 of the Russian Civil Code. Separate rights may apply to works, databases and signs. Quotation and use of protected material remain subject to applicable legal requirements.

Corrections and rights holders
If information is wrong or you believe content infringes your rights, provide the page URL, disputed passage, grounds for the request and a contact method. The editorial team checks the source and grounds, may temporarily hide the content and reports the outcome. No purchase or salon account is required.
