Ticket, registration or invitation

Before pressing a button, understand what it will give you. Admission works differently for different evenings.

What confirms a place

An Esprio invitation request is a message to a connected organiser, not an issued ticket. Wait for the decision and read its terms. If a button opens an official site, registration follows that site’s rules. Save the confirmation you receive. As one example, House of Gogol’s electronic-ticket rules describe barcode or QR-code verification; this belongs to that institution, not every salon.

What a price means

“Free registration” describes the sign-up process, not necessarily admission. “From” is a lower bound, not the price of every seat. A concession for particular visitors does not make the evening free for everyone. Check the final cost of your selected option and what it includes. If the listing has no price, ask the organiser before travelling.

If your plans change

Use the channel through which you arranged admission and check that organiser’s cancellation rules. Do not assume a refund from general journal advice. If you have only submitted a request, check its status before signing up again. For a group, verify whether the confirmation covers everyone and whether each guest needs a separate registration.

Before you leave

Admission type clear; confirmation received; final price checked; cancellation terms found.
